Information you provide
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to share, including your name, your partner's name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue, estimated guest count, services of interest, and any details you write in the message field. If you contact us by email, we receive the contents of that message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools (including Google Analytics 4) may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to keep it secure and performant.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including pixels) provided by us and third parties such as Meta and Google for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site functionality.
2. Meta Pixel and Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site. The Meta Pixel collects information such as the pages you view on our Site, actions you take (for example, submitting the inquiry form), your device and browser information, and your IP address.
We have enabled Automatic Advanced Matching. This means that when you submit information through our inquiry form (such as name, email, and phone number), your browser hashes that information using SHA-256 before sending it to Meta. Meta uses the hashed values to better attribute ad conversions and improve ad targeting. We do not send unhashed personal information to Meta through the pixel.

3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from IP address, which Google anonymizes), device and browser information, referring source, and time spent on pages. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site's content and performance. We do not use GA4 for advertising remarketing or to send personal information to Google.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our records, tax, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Choices below).

- Opt out of marketing emails by replying with "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link if provided.
- Cookies and tracking can be controlled through your browser settings and the ad-industry opt-out links above.
- EU, UK, EEA, and Swiss visitors see a consent banner on first visit. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) are not loaded until you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, those technologies are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser.
Depending on where you live (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights such as the right to know, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information.
